About Me
Hello, I'm Tara, a Certified Reiki Master based in San Diego. My journey into Reiki began when I was going through a challenging time in my life during the pandemic. Through my own personal healing journey, I discovered the profound benefits of Reiki ,with the help of my mentor Joy Giovanni, I decided to pursue it as a career. I am dedicated to helping people feel better and be better.
As a Reiki practitioner, my goal is to help my clients release any resistance and negative energy they may be holding onto, allowing them to tap into their inner strength and find their way back to a state of balance and well-being. I believe that each of us has the power within ourselves to heal and find peace, and I am honored to be able to support my clients on their own unique healing journeys.
Aside from my work as a Reiki healer, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a beautiful grandson who brings so much joy and laughter into my life. Being around my loved ones reminds me of the importance of nurturing relationships and cultivating a sense of community. As an astrology enthusiast, I also love exploring how the unique energies of the zodiac influence our interactions and personalities. It’s fascinating to see how the stars align with the dynamics of our relationships, adding another layer of connection and insight to my experiences with those I care about.
In addition to Reiki, I am also passionate about the practice of mindfulness and meditation. I believe that taking time to cultivate a sense of inner peace and stillness can help us navigate the challenges of everyday life with greater ease and grace. I often incorporate mindfulness practices into my Reiki sessions, as I believe that they can be powerful tools for healing and transformation.
